By accessing or using the Nishad Community Trust platform ("Platform") at nishadtrust.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and users of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility
To register on the Platform, you must:
• Be a member of the Nishad community or an immediate family member.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Have a valid mobile number and email address.

2.2 Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@nishadtrust.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

3.1 Profile Accuracy
• All information provided in your matrimonial profile must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Providing false information, including fake photos or fabricated details, is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any profile found to contain false or misleading information.

3.2 Profile Verification
• All matrimonial profiles are subject to verification by our team before being listed.
• We may request additional documents to verify the authenticity of your profile.
• Verification does not constitute an endorsement of any profile by the trust.

3.3 15-Day Access System
• Access to full profile details is granted for a period of 15 days per request.
• Access requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of our team.
• Approved access automatically expires after 15 days and must be renewed if required.

3.4 Prohibited Conduct
• Using matrimonial profiles for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial intent.
• Contacting members for commercial, fraudulent, or inappropriate purposes.
• Sharing profile information of other members with third parties.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication with other members.

4.1 Data Accuracy
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered in your family tree.
• Do not add individuals to your family tree without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not enter false or fabricated family relationships.

4.2 Privacy of Family Members
• Family members added to your tree who are not registered on the Platform have their data protected under our Privacy Policy.
• You must obtain consent before adding personal details of living individuals to your family tree.

4.3 Data Ownership
• You retain ownership of the family tree data you create.
• By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display your family tree data as part of the service.
• You may export or delete your family tree data at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Uploading false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform.
• Posting spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Using the Platform for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your identity.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable.

6.1 Our Content
All content on the Platform including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is the property of Nishad Community Trust and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 User Content
By submitting content to the Platform (profile information, photos, family tree data, messages), you grant Nishad Community Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

6.3 Removal of Content
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws, without prior notice.

7.1 No Guarantee of Matches
Nishad Community Trust does not guarantee that use of the matrimonial service will result in a successful match or marriage. We are a facilitating platform only.

7.2 Profile Verification Disclaimer
While we verify profiles to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all information provided by members. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any matrimonial decision.

7.3 Platform Availability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime or technical issues.

7.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nishad Community Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services.

8.1 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@nishadtrust.org.

8.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

8.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh, India.
